   625 ILCS 5/11-208.3       from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-208.3                    

        Amends the Illinois  Vehicle  Code.   Provides  for  computerized      
   recording  of  parking  ticket  notices.   Provides  that computerized      
   records of the ticket are presumed to be correct and are admissible         
   in administrative or legal proceedings.                                     
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          625 ILCS 5/11.208.3                                                  
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          625 ILCS 5/11.208.3                                                  
        Delays until July 1, 2003 the effective date of language               
   providing that, with specific exceptions, no person may drive a bus         
   that has been chartered for the sole purpose of transporting students       
   regularly enrolled in grades 12 or below to or from interscholastic         
   athletic or interscholastic or school sponsored activities unless the       
   person has a valid school bus driver permit in addition to any other        
   permit or license required to drive the bus.
